Describe a language that you have ever learnt or you like except your first language and English.
You should say:
What the language is,
Why you like or learn the language,
How do you learn the language?
Now I’m going to talk about the most beautiful language in the world --- Spanish, which is considered the language to talk to the god in. As we know, in English, a combination of letters may be pronounced in a number of ways. As a result, English learners should to learn another spelling system --- IPA, which is designed to help people who are learning English to pronounce the words correctly. But in Spanish, there’s no need to study phonetic symbols at all! Because every letter is pronounced very regulate as if the letters were the phonetic symbols. In Spanish-speaking countries, every child only takes one month to master the spelling but in English I’m still working on the complex spelling and every time I meet an English word I have to write it down over and over. That’s too bad. Another point I would love to say is that Spanish grammar is extremely complex and difficult. For example, as we know, in English the word ‘to be’ has less than 10 forms. But in Spanish, there are at least 20 conjugated forms for the word ‘ser’ and ‘estar’ which are all translated as ‘to be’. The same is true of the word ‘tengo’, which means ‘to have’ in English. So Spanish has its advantages and disadvantages. As for learning the language, to start with, I learn the spelling system as I just mentioned that it’s very regulate so that the words are much easier to memorise than English. After that I learn grammar so that I can construct many my own sentences without too many unnecessary grammatical mistakes. All in all, learning a foreign language is never an easy job, so I should enjoy it and spend as much time as I can to learn it.
