比如He must have a conputer.這句話,因為語氣太重,而且可能有理解為「必須」的歧義,可以考慮換個表達方式。比如:
He definitely has a computer.
It is definite that he has a computer.

最後一個句子可能有點問題。

have (got) to也可以表示「一定」。 e.g. This has got to be the most difficult exam I have ever sit. 這一定是我參加過的最難的考試。
