You can listen to a sound file. At first ypu listen to one sentence carefully, then pause the player to say the complete sentence you just hear without writing down any words of the sentence. The players say a sencence you repeat it inmediately. If there are some unknown words for you, you may just skip them and you found you can understand part of the meaning of the sencence. It doesn't matter if you can't eventually understand the entire sentence, after you hear it and speak it. It won't affect your comprehension of the entire paragraph or article. That is also a good way to speed up your reading with most points of the thoughts of an article understood.
